Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Honey apricot chicken, wild and long grain rice, vegetables, fresh orange sections, whole wheat bread and unsalted margarine.

TUESDAY: Chile relleno, refried beans, zucchini, Jell-O with pears and churros.

WEDNESDAY: Tomato soup, chicken sandwich halves on sourdough bread, house salad and cottage cheese.

THURSDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, broccoli, diced peaches and ambrosia.

FRIDAY: Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, assorted dressing, whole wheat bread, apple butter and fruit cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Baked pork chops, mashed sweet potatoes, steamed green beans, mixed green salad, low-fat French dressing, banana pudding and oranges.

TUESDAY: Spaghetti with meatballs, spinach salad, garlic bread, pears with Jell-O and angel food cake with strawberry compote.

WEDNESDAY: Baked yogurt chicken, potatoes and herbs, tossed salad, creamy Italian dressing, bean combo and peaches.

THURSDAY: Stuffed cabbage casserole, mixed veggies, whole wheat rolls, margarine and spiced pears.

FRIDAY: Roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans with mushrooms, whole wheat rolls, margarine and mixed fruit.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Taco salad, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, sour cream, Spanish rice, refried beans and salted caramel ice cream.

TUESDAY: Cheese manicotti with sauce, garlic bread, salad with Mandarin oranges and cashews, Italian blend vegetables, and banana royale with brownies.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue pork ribs, scalloped potatoes, mustard greens, whole wheat bread and apples.

THURSDAY: Beef vegetable soup, sweet Italian sausage, peppers and onions over polenta, steamed broccoli, mixed green salad and bananas.

FRIDAY: Roast beef and mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetables, spring mix salad with pears, Gorgonzola cheese, candied walnuts, champagne dressing and cake and ice cream.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Hot turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas, carrots and cake.

TUESDAY: Pork chops with mushroom gravy, tossed salad, broccoli, baked potatoes and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and cake.

THURSDAY: Rice with chicken and broccoli, beet salad, apricot bran muffins, honeydew and cantaloupe.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Crab salad, beets, crackers, cantaloupe, sherbet and cake.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Chicken and wild rice soup, grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches and fruit.

TUESDAY: Pork roast, seasoned red potatoes, salad and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Chicken sausage, German potato salad, German slaw, applesauce and oranges.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, refried beans, chile relleno and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Tuna casserole, veggie medley, sliced tomatoes, bread and oat bars.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Tacos, beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

TUESDAY: Baked chicken dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, salad, dinner rolls and cake.

WEDNESDAY: Shepherd’s pie, spinach, salad, biscuits and ambrosia.

THURSDAY: Kielbasa and potato with onions, vegetables, salad and brownies.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Pot roast, vegetables, salad, dinner rolls and dessert.
