Cut-A-Thon to benefit Dayton band

Tru Hair Salon will host a Cut-a-Thon on Sunday, Aug. 30, to benefit the Dayton High School Band.

Haircuts and other services will provided at discount rates, with all proceeds going to buy band uniforms.

The salon is located at 244 Dayton Valley Road in the River Vista Commercial Center in Dayton.

The event runs from

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 1st and 10 Bar & Grill also will donate 10 percent of all proceeds from food sales between noon and 8 p.m. that day to the Dayton High School Band.
