The Nevada Department of Transportation reports at 5:48 a.m. all roads open with no controls.
Utility work is being done on Little Lane between Saliman Road and Roop Street, mainly between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., with lane restrictions on Little Lane west of South Roop Street.
Utility work is also being done on North Roop Street from East John to Long streets, and on Corbett street, east and west side of North Roop.
Road work continues in Carson City with areas of delays. There is continued work on Fairview Drive from South Edmonds to South Carson Street with lane closures and possible delays, as with East Fifth Street from Saliman Road to Fairview Drive.
Work on Highway 50 in east Carson City and Mound House has posted lower speed limits with narrow lanes just east of Flint Drive.
