Robert Adair "Bob" French, 78, a Carson City resident, died Jan. 31, 2009 in Carmichael, Calif. Among his survivors are son Michael (Julie) French of Minden; daughters Sherry (Craig) Williams of Carmichael, Calif. and Susan French of Silver Springs; brother Harold French of Florida; 20 grandchildren,10 great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren. Burial with Military Honors will be 1 p.m., Monday at Northern Nevada Veterans Cemetery, Fernley. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
