James Ray Garrison Jr., 52, died Feb. 24, 2009 at home in Carson City. He was born Jan. 22, 1957 to James Ray & Joan E. Garrison in Roseville, Calif. He was preceded in death by his father. Among his survivors are daughter Alizabeth Garrison; son Raymond J. Garrison; mother Joan Garrison; sister Mindy Long and two grandchildren. A private family celebration of his life will be at a later date. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
