Millicent M. Franks (nee Biggins), was born July 26, 1914 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was the beloved wife of the late Patsy; loving mother of Patricia Di Loreto (Perry) of Carson City; dearest grandmother of Teresa Di Loreto-Long (Nicki), Andrea Di Loreto-Colgan and Christina Di Loreto; great-grandmother of Colton, Aidan and Alivia Long. She was a member of the Ohio Bell Pioneers. The family suggests contributions to a charity of your choice.
A mass of Christian burial will be 11 a.m., Monday at St. John Bosco Church. Interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
