A thank you from Mr. William Lynch of the Mint who lost his infant child by death, desires to express his and his wife's most heartfelt thanks and gratitude to their kind neighbors who did so much for them in their hour of bereavement. (Willie Lynch, an African American, came to Nevada with Abe Curry in 1866. Lynch witnessed the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.)
