Soroptimist International Backpack Attack

For hundreds of children in Carson City, the first day of school will be long on excitement. However, many children are living in poverty and starting school without the basic tools essential to their success. To help provide some of these school and hygiene supplies that students need to start the school year, come join the annual BackPack Attack and join forces with Soroptimist International, Platinum+ Salon and Spa, the law offices of Kummer and Kaempfer, Realty Executives, Well of Worship Church of Mound House and Capital Ford.

The BackPack Attack program was created to assist with the collection of necessary school supplies. This year, the need is more than ever. I want to encourage others to get involved. Tell your friends, family, and church congregations to help by donating school supplies. You can also donate money at one of the address listed below.
