Obituary: Ron D. Remington

Ron D. Remington, 71, of Yerington died June 8, 2009 at his home. He was born Feb. 6, 1938 to Clarence and Honey Remington in Reno. Among his survivors are wife, Judith of Yerington; sister Shirlan Mertz; stepdaughters Jane (Jaime) Belez, Jessica (Dennis) Crawford and Gayle (Rick) Gianoplos and stepsons Ron (Debbie) Jasmine and Gary Gianoplos. A memorial service will be 4 p.m., Sunday at the Freitas Rupracht Funeral Home, Yerington. Donations may be made in his name to the CARES Cottage, P.O. Box 1275, Yerington, NV 89447.
