Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Jesusita Colunga, 44, of Carson City, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of North Valley Road on suspicion of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of a drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,632. Also arrested were: Susan Lloyd, 48, of Reno, on suspicion of felony failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine and related charges; a 24-year-old Carson woman on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation; a 48-year-old woman on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and a 36-year-old transient on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. The five were found inside a residence on Valley Street that was allegedly littered with hypodermic needles and methamphetamine. Bail for Lloyd was set at $8,264.

• Robert Price Bowman, 61, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on suspicion of eight counts of felony uttering a forged instrument. Bail was set at $25,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Call of an intoxicated driver on Deer Run Road at 9:44 p.m. When police arrived, they found the suspect vehicle with a female unconscious in the passenger seat. The driver stated the girl hit her head when they were four-wheeling. The girl was taken by helicopter to a Reno hospital. The driver was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving. The investigation continues.

• A woman on Saliman Road reported at 10:05 p.m. that her boyfriend "choked her out."

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Misdemeanor arrest on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 2:01 a.m.

• Coroner call on Hudson Aurora Road at 2:40 a.m. in Smith Valley.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Rosewood Drive in Fernley at 9:35 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• A caller on State Route 341 was concerned that horses near the Highlands at 6:44 a.m. would be hit by traffic coming around a blind corner.
