Ronda Y. McGarvey, 44, a resident of Carson City died June 15, 2009 at home. She was born July 15, 1964 to Athel and Patsy Queen in New Mexico. Among her survivors are parents; husband James; daughter Riki Illig; son Steven Queen; brother William Queen; sisters Trisha Hogan and DeeDee Kenny and seven grandchildren. A private family service will be held at a later date. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
