Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 51-year-old woman was arrested at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the 1900 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor interfering with a peace officer. Bail was set at $1,132.

• Carles Webb Morash, 53, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested at 2:34 p.m. Wednesday at Curry and Fifth streets following an accident on suspicion of felony fourth offense drunken driving, misdemeanor driving without insurance and failure to stop at a stop sign. Bail was set at $10,839.

• Valarie Aja-McCallister, 43, of Carson City, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. Thursday in the 3400 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of felony parole violation and misdemeanor failure to appear on a traffic citation. No bail was set.

• Charles H. Gray, 51, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. Wednesday in the 5400 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $23,132.

• Rusty E. Carlin, 20 of Carson City, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. Wednesday at Moody and Burton streets on two felony warrants for forgery. Bail was set at $5,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Destruction of property report at Seeliger Elementary School at 8:13 a.m.

• A shoplifter was cited at Wal-Mart at 1:17 p.m.

• Coroner call in the 4600 block of Ponderosa Drive at 3:18 p.m.

• Fight report on West Winnie Lane at 7:52 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Coroner call in the 2400 block of East Fifth Street at 5:40 a.m.

• A woman reported at 8:17 a.m. that someone stole her hot water heater from Aja Place in Mark Twain.

• Felony arrest on Highway 95 Alternate in Mason Valley at 10:08 a.m.

• Felony arrest on Third Street in Mason Valley at 12:07 p.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Occidental Drive in Mark Twain at 3:38 p.m.

• Fight report on Sycamore Street in Fernley at 4:40 p.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Truckee Street in Silver Springs at 6:05 p.m.
