Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 26-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 11:33 p.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to maintain lane and drunken driving. Bail was set at $1,239.

• A 27-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 7:48 p.m. Wednesday in the 2400 block of Woodside Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• A 32-year-old housekeeper from South Lake Tahoe was arrested at 3:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 1100 block of South Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,132.

• Betty Sharks, 64, of Carson City, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. Tuesday at Highway 50 East and Saliman Road on suspicion of gross misdemeanor child endangerment, misdemeanor driving under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a valid license. According to the arrest report, Sharks was unconscious behind the wheel of her vehicle while in traffic. There were two children in the back seat. Bail was set at $3,819.

• Jose Luis Elizondo, 28, a mechanic from Carson City, was arrested at 9:03 p.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Dori Way on suspicion of felony assault with a deadly weapon. Elizondo allegedly climbed his neighbor's fence and pointed a gun demanding the return of a jack stand the neighbor allegedly stole. Bail was set at $20,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of shots fired in the area of Research Way and Goni Road. Deputies located a man who admitted setting off fireworks.

• Residential burglary report on Dori Way at 1:39 p.m.

• Residential burglary report on West Seventh Street at 5:05 p.m.

• Report at 7:35 p.m. of children living in a home on Corbett Street without power or food.

• A counterfeit $100 bill was passed at a Carson Street casino at 10:49 p.m.

• Report of a loud party on Riparian Way at 11:34 p.m.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Accident on Main Street in Fernley at 6:06 a.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Sunset Way in Dayton Valley at 9:30 a.m.

• Felony arrest on Soaring Drive in Fernley at 2:29 p.m.

• Felony arrest on Andersen Court in Fernley at 2:36 p.m.

• Residential burglary report on Yellow Jacket Road in Mark Twain at 7:26 p.m.

• Misdemeanor arrest at the Silver Springs substation at 11:02 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Arrest on Mustang Road at 8:17 a.m.

• Arrest on State Route 341 at 8:59 a.m.

• Report of a tan boxer with a blue collar running loose on South C Street at 2:52 p.m.
