Frankie Sue Del Papa receives a standing ovation after speaking Sunday at the Gold Dust West casino during the International Women's Day 2009 Scholarship Fundraiser Dinner. Del Papa became Nevada's first woman Secretary of State in 1986 and its first woman Attorney General in 1990.
