Loren E. Minkoff, 74, died March 8, 2009, in Carson City. He was born Aug. 19, 1934, to Ralph and Elizabeth Minkoff in New York. He was preceded in death by his wife Carol. Among his survivors are his sisters Joyce Wertman and Bobbie Smith, five nieces and five nephews. A private memorial will be held at a later date. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
