Rev. Andrew Daughters, accepts invitation to become minister of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Carson City. The new pastor, who succeeds the late Rev. Richard Houssell, is married and has four sons.

Folks from Coors Beer stopped by to film at the Genoa Bar, a true American original. About 150 advertising people swarmed around the bar, and that included production crew members and local extras " all to produce a five-minute commercial segment.
