High school's Science Olympiad team wins honors

Congratulations to the Carson High Science Olympiad Team who recently placed third in state competition.

The competition was on March 7 at Pershing County High School. Individual winners were Shruti Arun, Merrill Asp, Becky Badzinski, Bob Schuler, Tim Dotson, Ben Drozdoff, Lauren Ely, Emilia Groso, Rachel Lindgren, Mick Poole, and Sam White.

The third annual Carson High School Dodge Ball Tournament hosted by Link Crew will take place during lunch April 6-10.

Students and teachers will be competing for the title of Dodgeball Champions.

The high school will be hosting an eighth-grade orientation night throughout the school on March 24 at 6 p.m.

Any future Senators and families are encouraged to come.

Congratulations to Carson High's Business of the Month. February the honor went to Mom and Pop's Diner, and in March it goes to Trader Joe's.
