Obituary: Rhea P. Williams

Rhea P. Williams was born to Sgt. Rhea B. Williams and Constance Winfred Williams (Filby) May 1, 1945 in Hertfordshire England. He went home to be with the Lord, on May 7, 2009, with his family by his side. In March of 1946, Rhea, his twin brother and mother arrived in the U.S. aboard the Queen Mary that had been converted to a U.S. troop transfer ship.

Rhea is preceded in death by his brother, father and mother. His wife of 40-years Carol, sons and daughter-in-law Brian and Mandy Williams; sons Rick Williams and Jay Williams, and four grandchildren, Rhythm, Preston, Madeline and Wayne, survive Rhea.

Services will be 2 p.m., Saturday, at Silver Hills Community Church, 1066 Mallory Way Carson City. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Bethesda Teaching Ministry, PO Box 20028, El Cajon, CA 92021-0900 or Community Pregnancy Center, PO Box 1176, Carson City NV 89702.

Arrangements are in the care of Autumn Funerals & Cremations.
