Obituary: Edward J. Zimbelman

Edward J. Zimbelman, 82, a Carson City resident, died May 12, 2009. He was born Dec. 17, 1926 to Edward John and Alice Zimbelman in Chicago, Ill. He was preceded in death by wife Geraldine Donohue in 1979. Among his survivors are brother Larry (Betsey) Zimbelman of Rockford, Ill.; daughter Terry (Rex) Titus of Anthem, Ariz.; son Jerry Lee Zimbelman of Pensacola, Fla.; granddaughter Tawn Ellen Smith; grandson Trevor James Titus; great-granddaughter Caitlynn Renee Smith and companion Audrey Byers of Carson City. At his request no services will be held. His ashes will be scattered in the Gulf of Mexico. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
