Carson City Health Department's food-service inspections for the week of May 4 (all scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations):

- Denny's Restaurant No. 8011, 2299 N. Carson St., restaurant, scored 100 points.

- Burger King No. 2306, 1250 S. Carson St., restaurant, scored 100 points.

- Y-Not Saloon, 152 E. Long St., bar/lounge, scored 100 points.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 550, 3325 E. Highway 50, produce department, scored 100 points.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 550, 3325 E. Highway 50, meat department, scored 100 points.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 550, 3325 E Highway 50, deli department, scored 100 points.

- B & E Catering, 1020 Mountain St., mobile food vehicle, catering vehicle, scored 100 points.

- Hampton Inn and Suites, 10 Hospitality Way, continental breakfast, scored 100 points. Establishment is clean and well maintained.

- Genghix, 1480 N. Carson St., restaurant, scored 100 points.

- Sak 'N Save Food Store, 2100 E. Highway 50, bakery, scored 100 points.

- Sak 'N Save Food Store, 2100 E. Highway 50, meat department, scored 100 points.

- Sak 'N Save Food Store, 2100 E. Highway 50, deli department, scored 100 points.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 550, 3325 E. Highway 50, bakery, scored 97 points, scored 97 points. Facilities for manual dish washing are not properly operated. At least one employee of this establishment must be a certified food handler.

- Save Mart Supermarkets No. 550, 3325 E. Highway 50, seafood department, scored 97 points. Cloths used on food contact surfaces are not clean, do not contain sanitizer residual, or are not used properly. The inside, upper portion of the lobster tank needs cleaning.

- Wishing Well Satin Lounge, 112 Rice St., scored 98 points. The area of circulating water inside the ice machine is dirty. The speed gun nozzle is dirty inside.

- Holiday Inn Express, 4055 N. Carson St., continental breakfast, scored 98 points. No certified food handler was present at the food operation at the time of this inspection.
