• Walmart Supercenter #3408 Retail Grocery, 3200 Market St., scored 100 points.

• Walmart Supercenter #3408 Bakery, 3200 Market St., scored 99 points. Facilities for manual dishwashing are not properly designed, constructed, maintained, installed, located or operated.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #550 Seafood Department, 3325 U.S. 50 East, scored 98 points. The upper portions of the lobster holder need cleaning.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #550 Meat Department, 3325 U.S. 50 East, scored 97 points. Nail brush is not stored in a container of sanitizer at the hand sink.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #550 Retail Grocery, 3325 U.S. 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #550 Deli Department, 3325 U.S. 50 East, scored 94 points. Found prepared macaroni in the hot meats case at a temperature of 126 F and below. Found fried chicken in the same case at 128 F and 130 F and lower. There is no thermometer in the hot-held cooked meats case.

• Firkin & Fox Restaurant Bar, 310 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. Chlorine residual of less than 50 ppm is detected on dishware after mechanical final rinse.

• Firkin & Fox Smoking Bar, 310 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. Chlorine residual of less than 50 ppm is detected on dishware after mechanical final rinse.

• Dream Dinners of Carson City Takeout, 123 Clearview Dr., scored 100 points.

• Pizza Hut #011662 Restaurant, scored 97 points. At least one employee of this establishment must be a certified food handler.

• Sak'n Save Food Store Deli Department, 2100 U.S. 50 East, scored 95 points. Readily perishable hot foods are held at temperatures that support micro-organismal growth (between 40 F and 140 F) specifically 113 F. The hot-holding open mean case is holding whole rotisserie chickens at an internal temperature of 113 F. (The surface temperature is 123 F to 130 F.) The thermostat of the unit is set at 167 F.

• Denny's Restaurant #8011, scored 96 points. Found front service counter hand sink blocked with a large utensil part. There are no paper towels in the dispenser.

• Crowbar Bar/Lounge, 4750 U.S. 50 East, scored 96 points. Some cold units are missing thermometers. The inside bottom of the blue ice scoop holder is not clean. The ice machine has calcium carbonate and biofilm buildup on multiple surfaces inside. New violation, the speed gun nozzle is dirty inside (3). The bottom of the beer keg cooler has slime buildup.

• Carson Middle School Cafeteria, 1140 W. King St., scored 100 points.

• Bordewich Elementary School Cafeteria, 110 S. Thompson St., scored 100 points.

• Bethlehem Lutheran Church Cafeteria, 1837A N. Mountain St., scored 100 points.

• Carson City School District Central Warehouse, West Telegraph and Richmond streets, scored 100 points.

• Glastine Pub Bar/Lounge, 1914 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Grocery Outlet of Carson City, 1831 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.
