William A. Churchill, 75, a Zephyr Cove resident died Nov. 18, 2009 in Carson City. He was born June 24, 1934 to Kenneth M and Martha H (Morrison) Churchill in Oakland, Calif. Among his survivors are wife Carolynn Churchill, daughters Catherine Collins of Minden and Leslie Granneman of Goleta, Calif., son Christopher Churchill of Las Cruces, N.M., brothers James Churchill of Cedaredge, Colo. and John Churchill of Anchorage, Alaska, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
