Health Inspections

Carson City Health Department's food-service inspections for Sept. 23 (all scores are on a 100-point scale):

• Beijing Palace Restaurant, 4250 Cochise St., scored 96 points. Found some food stored in the walk-in and elsewhere, which was not covered. Food contact surfaces of the ice machine chute contained debris. A knife was found on the storage strip containing some debris.

• Beijing Palace Bar/Lounge, 4250 Cochise St., scored 100 points.

• Arby's Restaurant, 1122 S. Carson St., scored 98 points. Non-food contact surfaces of the fan guards in the walk-in refrigerator and freezer contain accumulated dust. The floors in various nooks especially between equipment and walls are not clean.

• Arby's Caterer, 1122 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
