Jane Uhart, 96, died Oct. 14, 2009, at home in Carson City. She was born Sept. 30, 1913, in Carson City to Laurent and Anna Uhart. She was preceded in death by her sister Marion Machado, and brothers Nick and John Uhart. Among her survivors are her sister-in-law Ada Uhart and numerous nieces and nephews. A private service will be held at a later date at her request. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
