FALLON (AP) - A Fallon teenager who was accused of assaulting a girl at a party hosted by a former girls softball coach pleaded no contest on Tuesday to a gross misdemeanor charge of conspiracy to commit an obscene, indecent or immoral act in the case.

Jeffrey Lister, the son of a Fallon municipal judge, could face one year in jail. Sentencing is set for December.

The 19-year-old had been accused of having sex with a 15-year-old girl at the January 2008 party. The girl told authorities she got drunk and was raped by as many as four boys. Others who allegedly assaulted the girl were under age 18.

The girl's mother told investigators that former Churchill County High School coach Tami Peel told her no boys or alcohol would be present at the party. Peel, who supplied alcohol for her daughter's party, was sentenced in April to jail time in the case.
