David Aaron (Pauncho) Rose

David Aaron (Pauncho) Rose, 61, passed away October 17, 2009, after battling a short illness. He was born July 29, 1948, in Los Angeles. He was a chef who ran the Bistro at the Bryan in the Richard Bryan building in Carson City for the last three years, working for the Business Enterprises of Nevada. He loved to cook and worked in many restaurants over 25 years, working in places like Mammoth, Lake Tahoe and finally in Gardnerville. He was preceded in death by his parents Perry and Francis Kathleen Rose, sister Francis Kathleen Owen. He is survived by his wife and heart of nice years, Connie Estabrook of Gardnerville, brother John (Bobbie) Esponda of Bakersfield, Calif.; Carol Fuamatu of Fallbrook, Calif., nephews Jonathan David and Jonas Perry of Florida, as well as many nieces and cousins.

David will be truly missed by the people he touched and will be missed by all those who loved him.

A big thanks to Renown Medical ICU, Sierra Tower who worked so hard to keep him going and to Jed his RN, who tried so hard, you have my everlasting thanks. And a thanks to all the other RN's and doctors who also tried so hard to help him. My thanks to you as well. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
