Historic clothing dating as far back as the 1890s will be on display over the Nevada Day weekend at the Dangberg Home Ranch Historic Park in Minden.

The oldest items are clothing worn by Henry Fred Dangberg Jr. and his wife Gertrude. Her clothing items include dresses from before 1900 to items she wore in the 1920s, 1930s and 1960s.

In addition, Henry Dangberg's hats and suits from the 1930s and 1940s will be on display as will clothing belonging to the Dangberg's daughters beginning with their childhood 100 years ago.

The exhibit opens at noon Friday, Oct. 30 and runs through Sunday. Admission is $3 for adults, free for children 12 and younger.

The ranch is located at 1450 Highway 88, a half-mile south of the Carson Valley Swim Center.
