Christine Marie Welter, 53, died at home in Carson City Oct. 24, 2009. She was born July 7, 1956, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Robert and Mildred Welter. She was preceded in death by her father. Among her survivors are her mother Mildred, stepfather James Panos, brother Daniel Welter and sister Katherine Welter. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
