Sandwiches dress up for dinner

Thursday, Adele's restaurant and friends will host a benefit Concert Under the Stars for the Greenhouse Project. This project aims to feed those who are in need in Carson City. The project also has many other components involving the improvement of our community.

The Concert Under the Stars begins at 7:30 p.m. in Adele's parking lot at Curry and John streets. For ticket information, go to www.breweryarts.org or call 882-3353.

Molly's Catering will sell a selection of awesome sandwich dinners with tasty side dishes at this event. Chicken wings will be available from Mountain Spring Kickin' Chicken Company. Also, one of Molly's premiere sandwiches, Molly's Croque Monsieur, will be available at the event. Its recipe is below. The Croque Monsieurs are also available at the Farmers Market on Saturdays at 3rd and Curry streets.
