An anonymous tipster identified two women whose pictures ran in the Nevada Appeal after they were captured on video allegedly defrauding a bank.

Carson City Sheriff's Detective Bob Motamenpour said Friday that someone identified Stephanie Baumgardner, 25, and Dakota Nicole Rich, 24, as the women who were shown on an ATM camera depositing bogus checks into a Wells Fargo bank account and withdrawing the money.

He said in addition to felony charges of obtaining money under false pretenses, Baumgardner is wanted on two warrants for failure to appear and probation violation. She is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, 138 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Her last known address was on East Nye Lane.

Rich is also wanted on charges of felony obtaining money under false pretenses, said Motamenpour. She is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. Her last known address was Pershing Lane in Washoe Valley.

Motamenpour said he is also seeking to question two men who were seen with the women.

Jamie Gene Banks, 36, is 5 feet 5 inches tall, 145 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. His last address was on Park Street in Carson City.

Justin Snyder, 31, is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
