Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Rachel Elizabeth Henson, 22, a retail clerk, was arrested at 1:02 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of South Nevada Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor child endangerment, misdemeanor probation violation and obstructing an investigation. Bail was set at $5,907. Also arrested was a 20-year-old pet store clerk on suspicion of misdemeanor obstructing, probation violation and minor consuming alcohol. Bail was set at $3,407.

• William Joseph Evans, 50, of Washoe Valley, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday on suspicion of felony identity theft. He allegedly used his brother's name to avoid paying a traffic fine. Bail was set at $15,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Coroner call in the 1300 block of Willard Lane at 10:48 a.m.

• Fight report in the 2700 block of Bel Aire Way at 4:12 p.m.

• Report of a bicycle stolen from the 400 block of North Richmond Avenue at 4:13 p.m.

• Coroner call on North Ormsby Boulevard at 9:28 p.m.

• A 16-year-old boy was detained at 10:48 p.m. for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Arrest on Shadow Lane in Fernley at 1:27 a.m.

• A vehicle struck a horse on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 2:08 a.m.

• Report of money stolen from a business on Medical Center Drive in Dayton at 8:53 a.m.

• A woman reported "important papers" were stolen from her Dayton Valley Road storage unit.

• Report of a safe missing from Hope Avenue in Silver Springs at 11:42 a.m.

• Report of juveniles repeatedly stealing alcohol from a liquor store on Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley.

• Report of a non-injury accident involving a car and a motorcycle on Iron Mountain Boulevard in Stagecoach at 5:42 p.m.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• A caller reported at 11:26 a.m. they lost a chicken on North F Street.

• Arrest at the Sheriff's Office on State Route 341 at 9:07 p.m.
