Emma Jean Schug of Dayton died Sept. 18, 2009. She was born Feb. 5, 1944, to William and Florence Nunes. She is survived by husband Earl Schug; children Dorine Smith, Christine and Tony Lowe, and Gina Bednorv; stepchildren Robert, Matthew and Jeffrey Schug, Yvonne Kelly and Lisa Heagerty; brothers Donald, James, Gerald and Rich Nunes, sister Marlene Lund; and numerous grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Mike and stepson Charles. A viewing will be at 2 p.m. Saturday with a service at 4 p.m. at FitzHenry's Funeral Home, 3945 Fairview Drive, Carson City.
