Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Brett Jenkins, 51, a carpenter from Carson City, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. Wednesday at West Nye Lane and Highway 395 on suspicion of felony parole violation. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report of a scuffle between a store manager and customer in the 2700 block of North Carson Street at 1:45 p.m.

• Report of a man in a North Carson Street casino showing an inmate identification card at 8:28 p.m. The man was found to be intoxicated in violation of his probation and was arrested.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• A Fernley High student was cited for causing a school disturbance at 9:32 a.m.

• Report of suspected gang members armed with bats fighting in the area of Six Mile Canyon Road at 5:58 p.m. Two arrests were made.

• Misdemeanor arrest on First Street in Fernley at 7:15 p.m.
