• Video Centro Mini Mart Convenience Store, 2765 Hwy. 50 East. #A, scored 100 points.

• Video Centro Mini Mart Bakery, 2765 Hwy. 50 East. #A, scored 100 points.

• Ayurvedic Herbal Systems, Inc., Wholesale Distributing, 55 E. Winnie Lane, scored 100 points.

• Carson Cigar Co. Bar/Lounge, 318 N. Carson St., # 101, scored 98 points. Chlorine sanitizer test strips are not available. Drink glasses are stored on partially rusted racks in the reach-in.

• Sierra Wines Convenience Store, 1442 E. William St. #1, scored 94 points. Personal food items stored in direct contact with bottled products. Personal water in an open container stored on top of bottled/canned products. A cold holding thermometer is missing, inaccurate, is not located in the warmest part of the cold holding unit, or is not located to be easily readable. Smoking tobacco: prohibited in certain areas; voluntary creation of nonsmoking areas; local regulation; posting signs; removal of paraphernalia; enforcement; retaliation prohibited.

• Casino Fandango Meat Department Butcher Shop, 3800 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Casino Fandango Restaurant Rum Jungle Buffet, 3800 S. Carson St., scored 97 points. Found no paper towels at one of the cook line hand sinks and found no soap at one of the dessert station hand sinks.

• Casino Fandango Duke's Steak House/Bar, 3800 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Casino Fandango Sports Bar, 3800 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Casino Fandango Bird Bar, 3800 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Casino Fandango Cabaret Bar, 3800 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Casino Fandango Video Bar, 3800 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Courtyard by Marriott Bar/Lounge, 3870 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Courtyard by Marriott Restaurant Market Place, 3870 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Edner of Nevada, Inc., Retail Food Producer, 2801 Conestoga Dr., scored 99 points. Wash room floor is not smooth and is not slanted to the floor drain which causes liquids to form standing puddles in almost half of the floor.

• The Camo Cafe Ambr Maehler, 2460 Fairview Dr., scored 99 points. Wiping cloths are laying about the kitchen with no measurable residual chlorine sanitizer in them.

• Carson City Recreation Upper Snack Bar, 5400 Heritage Way, scored 97 points. At the time of this inspection, there was no employee present with current food handler certification.

• Tacos Don Chepe Mobile Food Vehicle, 4999 Hwy. 50 East #11, scored 100 points.

• Mustang Sallie's Deuce's Grill, 420 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Cactus Jack's Senator Club Bar/Lounge, 420 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Bamboo Garden Sushi Bar, 3735 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Bamboo Garden Qin Song Restaurant, 3735 S. Carson St., scored 97 points. An accurate metal stem thermometer was not available to check food-cooking temperatures. Food contact surfaces of the soda dispensing machine and the plastic ice drop shield contained debris. These need to be cleaned and kept clean.

• Edmonds Park Food Facility, 1555 Bennett Ave., scored 100 points.

• Governor's Field, 500 Evalyn Dr., scored 100 points.
