Two hamburgers from last operation were found in the hot holding bin. These were there for at least twelve hours. The cutting board at the prep table had deep dark cut lines. Garbage/refuse/used towel containers are full and not covered. Cleaning and maintenance tools are not properly stored or are not properly maintained. The mop bucket was found with dirty water and the mop in it.
