Irene E. Anderson, 90, died Aug. 23, 2010 in Carson City. She was born June 22, 1920, in Adair, Iowa, to Thomas and Helen Edgington. She was preceded in death by her daughter Christine Lozano and brothers Glenn, Elmo, Bruce, Walter and Lloyd Edgington. Among her survivors are her husband Edwin Grant Anderson; son Richard Anderson; daughter Edie Di Dio (Andy); two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
