Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Robert Allen Cantrell, 31, a student from Carson City, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. Wednesday in the 2100 block of Dori Way on Douglas County warrants for suspicion of felony drug trafficking, probation violation and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. No bail was set.

• Tanner Jordan Rust, 20, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday at Kohl's on suspicion of felony attempted burglary and misdemeanor probation violation. Also arrested was Joseph Mills, 18, unemployed of Carson City, on suspicion of felony attempted burglary, and Kenneth Burden, 20, unemployed of Carson City, on suspicion of felony conspiracy to commit burglary and misdemeanor probation violation. All three were allegedly trying to steal video games and digital cameras from Kohl's.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report of a scooter found leaning against a tree on South Curry Street at 3:07 p.m.

• A shoplifter was arrested at Walmart at 4:59 p.m.

• A man reported a woman was threatening to call police on him if he didn't stop sending her e-mails.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• A storage shed on Cowee Drive was burglarized sometime before 12:16 p.m.

• A shoplifter was detained in the 1400 block of Highway 95 Alternate in Fernley at 1:30 p.m.

• A shoplifter was detained in the 1500 block of Newlands Drive in Fernley at 5:39 p.m.
