St. Peter's Caregivers Group will meet at 4 p.m. today at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 312 N. Division St., Carson City.
A new flash-card technique for communication with older adults with dementia will be discussed.
The Caregivers Group meets the third Thursday of each month providing a warm and supportive place, free of charge, for caregivers and others to meet with Dr. Deb Cash. Monthly speakers, and specialists come to discuss new developments in dementia, care for older or disabled family members along with new legal and medical information on end life issues.
