Starr E. Epps, 76, of Carson City died Dec. 13, 2010. She was born Oct. 13, 1933, in Sweet Grass, Mont. She is survived by her husband James E. McKimmey and son and daughter-in-law Michael and Meredith Epps of Carson City. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
