Herbert Karsky, 84, died in Carson City on Dec. 20, 2010. He was born Nov. 8, 1926, in Pennsylvania to Herbert and Rose Karsky. Survivors include his wife Millie; sons Mike and Steve Karsky; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren No services are scheduled. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
