On Monday, Jan. 3, the third installment of the 2010-2011 real property taxes are due and payable in the office of the Carson City treasurer, 201 N. Carson St., Ste. 5.
If not paid within 10 days of Jan. 13, taxes will become delinquent and penalties will be added.
