(Nevada Appeal Capitol Bureau) - Gov.-elect Brian Sandoval has named his former federal court clerk Lucas Foletta as his general counsel. Foletta is a former assistant U.S. attorney who prosecuted cases including mortgage fraud and identity theft. He was law clerk to then-U.S. District Judge Sandoval.
In addition, Sandoval said former Legislative Counsel Bureau research analyst Dana Bennett will join his team as senior researcher and Judy Osgood as policy analyst.
