Carson grad named COO of Greenspun

Bryan Allison, vice president of marketing at the tourism Web site VEGAS

.com, has been named chief operating officer of Greenspun Media Group.

Allison, 42, was raised in Carson City and is a 1985 graduate of Carson High School.

Allison will oversee the Las Vegas Sun, LasVegas

Sun.com, LasVegasWeekly, LasVegasWeekly.com, In Business Las Vegas, InBusinessLV.com, Las Vegas Magazine and Vegas2Go, Recruiting Nevada, the RalstonFlash and the Sun's new local news partnership with KVBC Channel 3.

He will report to Bruce Deifik, president of The Greenspun Corporation, and to Brian Greenspun, chairman of The Greenspun Corporation, who remains responsible for the group's editorial content.
