Carson City
The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:
• A 44-year-old manager from Carson City was arrested at 7:42 p.m. Sunday in the 3900 block of Quinn Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, failure to stop for a peace officer, failure to register vehicle and riding a dirt bike within 500 feet of residences. Bail was set at $3,358.
• A 45-year-old customer service representative from Carson City was arrested at 10:15 a.m. in the 3700 block of Timberline Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. She allegedly whacked her husband with a shovel after he spent thousands of dollars in brothels. Bail was set at $3,132.
• Paula Michelle Cummings, 31, a retail manager from Carson City, was arrested at 3:52 p.m. Sunday in the 3200 block of Market Street on suspicion of felony parole violation, misdemeanor petty larceny and contempt of court out of Churchill County. No bail was set.
• A 31-year-old auto-body painter from Carson City was arrested at 4:28 a.m. Saturday at Arrowhead Drive and Bowers Lane on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, failure to use tail lights and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Bail was set at $1,386.
• Cesar Noe Rodriguez, 19, was arrested at 1:10 p.m. Sunday in the 4700 block of Carson Street on suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.
• Bryan Lamb, 52, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 2:53 a.m. Saturday in the 800 block of West Washington Street on suspicion of felony preventing a victim from calling 911 and misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $10,632.
• A 47-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 8:57 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor probation violation and obstructing. Bail was set at $3,407.
• A 29-year-old woman from Carson City was arrested at 2:51 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of Saliman Road on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to attend substance abuse counseling, failure to obey traffic control device, driving on a suspended vehicle registration and driving on a license revoked for DUI. Bail was set at $1,821.
• A 19-year-old Carson City man was arrested at 7 p.m. Friday in the 1700 block of Van Epps Drive on suspicion of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,132.
• William Paul Zamarripa, 23, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 8:39 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of West Adams Street on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $4,364.
• Michelle Olds, 41, of Carson City, was arrested at 2:39 p.m. Sunday at Mills Park on suspicion of gross misdemeanor battery on a peace officer. She was allegedly jumping in front of vehicles asking people to hit her. When police went to speak with her she allegedly began to walk away. When an officer grabbed her arm, she bit him, according to the report. Bail was set at $2,500.
• Tanner Jordan Rust, 19, a construction worker from Carson City, was arrested at 10:09 p.m. Sunday in the 3300 block of Desatoya Drive on suspicion of felony harboring a fugitive and misdemeanor obstructing an investigation. Bail was set at $20,407.
Lyon County
The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:
• Report of a window broken on a vehicle on Occidental Drive sometime before 6:56 a.m.
• Misdemeanor arrest at Dayton Intermediate School following the report of a student with a knife at 10:52 a.m.
• A construction yard on Jones Road in Mound House was burglarized sometime before 12:34 p.m.
• Report of two students "continually truant" at Riverview Elementary School in Mark Twain at 11:21 a.m.
• A Mark Twain 12-year-old called 911 at 3:15 p.m. to say her mother was throwing her against the wall.
• Report of a child left unattended in a vehicle outside a Dayton casino at 6:26 p.m.
• Misdemeanor arrest in Mound House at 7:35 p.m.
Sunday
• Misdemeanor arrest on Main Street in Fernley at 3:46 a.m.
• Report of a motorcycle stolen from Rawhide Street in Silver Springs between 10 a.m. and 1:26 p.m.
