LOS ANGELES ( - Federal authorities say a 31-year-old Irvine man will be placed on probation and ordered to pay restitution for posting "The Love Guru" on the Internet.

Mischa Wynhausen pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court in Los Angeles to one count of uploading a copyrighted work being prepared for commercial distribution.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Erik Silber says prosecutors have agreed on three years of probation but must still determine the restitution. Sentencing is scheduled March 22.

Wynhausen is the second person to be prosecuted for the theft and posting of the screener.

Last year, 28-year-old Jack Yates of Porter Ranch was sentenced to six months in federal prison for his part in the theft.
