A special meeting of the Carson City Board of Supervisors will be held Tuesday to determine that Hydro Resources Nevada, Inc., dba Humboldt Drilling & Pump Company, is the lowest bidder on a project to drill, construct and develop Well 41, located a quarter mile off the east end of Fifth Street in Riverview Park, for a bid amount of $446,590.
