Robert N. Pena, 63, died Feb. 8, 2010, in Carson City. He was born Dec. 6, 1946, in Los Angeles to Candido and Angelina Pena. He is survived by his wife Frances of Carson City; daughter Jennifer Belkin; and son Ruben Pena. A memorial service will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday at the Reception Hall, 3000 Clarkdale Ave. Norwalk, Calif. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
