Fred "Armando" Salter passed away Jan. 10, 2010, in Reno.
Armando was born Oct. 11, 1979, in San Diego, Calif. to Fred and Indelisa Salter.
Armando's passion was tattooing and loving life. His children were his world and he loved them dearly.
Armando is survived by wife his Lia Salter of Reno; son Armando Salter Jr.; daughters Indelisa and Vanessa Salter of Reno; father Fred M. Salter of Fernley; mother Indelisa Salter of El Trapiche del Abra, Mexico; sister Marisa I. Ruiz of Carson City; brothers Jason and Davy Salter of Reno and Elijah Salter of Fernley.
A memorial service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Ross, Burke and Knobel Mortuary, 2155 Kietzke Lane, Reno.
