FALLON (Nevada Appeal News Service) - The Nevada attorney general's office says it won't seek charges against several boys who were at a January 2008 teen drinking party where a girl was allegedly raped.
Senior Deputy Attorney General Ronda Clifton says there's not enough evidence available to warrant charges.
A 15-year-old girl told authorities she got drunk and was raped by as many as five boys at the party.
Tami Peel, along with Jeffery Lister, were the only individuals arrested in connection with the party.
