RENO (AP) - A 73-year-old Nevada woman has been arrested and charged in the stabbing death of her husband last fall.

Mary Baymiller of Incline Village is accused of killing her husband Charles Baymiller, who also was 73.

U.S. marshals arrested her Wednesday at the couple's second home in Fresno, Calif.

Washoe County sheriff's deputies responded to the Tahoe home on Lakeshore Drive on Oct. 5. They found the victim dead and wife unconscious in need of medical treatment.

The sheriff's office said no other details were being released but that if the suspect does not fight extradition, she could be returned to face charges in Reno before the end of the month.
